Refund, Return, Cancellation and Delivery Policy

Refund Policy

Any contribution on the Sampark Sathi payment widget by an individual, is for a specific cause to a specific individual or a group and should not be construed as an investment in any form whatsoever. Sampark Sathi is not the final recipient of any funds from the contributors directly, but a service provider, which enables receipt of funds (Domestic) for individual or group beneficiary campaigns, who are the final recipient of fund. Sampark Sathi helps individuals or groups in collecting donations and donations cannot be refunded. Thus there is no refund or return policy. Donations by their very nature are non-refundable and the transaction is complete once the donation is made. Thus there is no delivery in this model.

Delivery Policy

Collects the funds in the organization bank account till the end of the Campaign period (or) once the Campaign reaches its stipulated goal whichever is prior. The transfer of the funds to the volunteer’s account who is handling the case or the material provider’s bank account within 15 days of meeting the campaign’s amount or the time period is over. Delivery of the Materials will be done either at the end of the Campaign period (or) once the Campaign reaches its stipulated goal whichever is prior. However, the Trusts may, at its sole discretion, supply the Materials upon the request of the Campaign or if the need arises prior to the timeline mentioned herein. The Sampark Sathi Foundation shall ship and supply the Material directly to the Beneficiaries identified by our field workers or any other individual but verified by our team of volunteers. Once Materials are delivered, Sampark Sathi Foundation is under no obligations, contractually or otherwise to a person who raised the concern or the beneficiary.

Donation and Payment Policy

Donors shall select the individual or group beneficiary in accordance to their choice and donate an amount to the Sampark Sathi Foundation in Indian Rupees or otherwise through the payment channels provided for on the Platform. The Donors shall select the Materials they wish the Trust to provide to the Campaigns. The donation amount donated by the Donors shall be through the payment gateway channels and shall thereafter be directed to the applicable beneficiaries. The Sampark Sathi foundation shall purchase the selected Materials and shall supply the same to the Beneficiaries of the Campaign. Relevant photographs of donations made shall be sent to each Donor by the Beneficiaries or the volunteer in charge of the case. The costs for the Material and any other charges shall be as per the rates in effect at the time at which it is charged. We reserve the right to include or remove Materials and amend the corresponding donation value from time to time.
